Welcome to eWorks Solutions. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
eWorks Solutions provides professional services including:
Laptop Service & Repairs
Desktop Service & Repairs
Software Support
Network Support
CCTV Installation & Service
All services are provided under the terms outlined below.
2. Service Appointments and Estimates
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or in person.
Initial inspections or consultations may carry a separate service fee.
Price estimates are valid for 7 days and are subject to change upon further diagnosis or parts availability.
3. Service Warranty
Hardware repairs and installations are covered by a limited warranty of 30 to 90 days depending on the service provided.
Software-related issues are covered for 7 days post-service, provided no third-party interference or unauthorized software changes occur.
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Electrical surges
Virus or malware infections after service
Unauthorized tampering
4. Parts and Replacements
Replacement parts, where required, will either be new or certified refurbished unless otherwise agreed upon.
All parts remain the property of eworkssolutions until full payment is received.
5. Data Protection and Backup
While we take utmost care to protect your data, eworkssolutions is not liable for any data loss during service.
Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before handing over equipment.
6. Payments
Full payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, and other modes as communicated.
7. Liability Limitation
eWorks Solutions is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
8. CCTV Installation & Service
Site readiness and necessary permissions are the client’s responsibility.
Warranty on installation does not extend to third-party supplied equipment.
Maintenance services are billed separately unless covered under a specific Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation of service must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
If the service cannot be completed, only parts paid for but not used will be refunded.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Karnataka, India.
